Developing a product or service involves defining the
benefits that it will offer. These benefits are communicated and delivered by
product such as quality, features, style and design. The frozen pau product by
Kak Ika is delicious and affordable but not selling well. After we had
discussed with the one who produced it, she had allow us to use her product for
our marketing which is frozen pau. So, in order to market this frozen pau, we
have make some improvement in the product attribute such as quality, features,
style and design.
